what a lovely man, made me feel so at ease. I have anxieties regarding my health but nothing was too much for him. He answered all my questions and wasnt ushering me out the door. would definitely recommend him.

Mr Trotter has been looking after my son for the last 18months or so, he was 6 I think when we began. From the initial meeting he not only put me at ease but interacted with my son on his level, answering ALL of his questions, whether they were actually related to his ear or not!
My son loves going to see him and I think is a little sad that he doesn't need to anymore.
My son has seen Mr Trotter for many consultations/check ups as well as a day in hospital to have his ear drum repaired under a general anaesthetic. He made sure were looked after from start to finish, checking on my son in recovery as well as later on, and he came to see me whilst he was still in recovery to reassure me.
I cannot recommend Mr Trotter enough, I have seen other ENT consultants in the past and Mr Trotter surpasses them all.
Also a big thank you to Mr Trotter's secretary Alison who is really helpful and efficient!

Dr. Trotter was friendly and took time to explain in details the different aspects of treatment and procedure.
My 3 year old was always happy to go and see him.

Mr Trotter listened, analysed the condition, prescribed a course of treatment & listened again. He was knowledgeable & caring. I couldn't have asked for more. He has hopefully set me on a path of self-management of my sinus condition that will last a lifetime !
